Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. She showed us many more apartments than she “needed” to, recommended additional districts, assisted with our furniture search and was extremely diligent in coordinating with our landlord to expedite the signing of our lease. The fact that Ruby went above and beyond deserves special recognition.
