I’d like to share my experience with Daphne, my housing agent. In short, It was truly pleasant to work with Daphne. She took every effort to help from find flats, check the room status, resolve issues and get the contract done. Actually, I had an issue on the refrigerator in the new apartment which I think it’s caused by miscommunication between landlord and his agents. I never expected this kind of situation so I had no idea how to solve the issue. I was very worried if I could continue the agreement because landlord’s agent was just trying to avoid the situation. But Daphne tried very hard to reach out to the landlord’s agent and solve the issue. She was willing to take the responsibility on what she did nothing wrong and convinced landlord and his agent to share the responsibility. Sayaka found us our apartment at 2A Tagus Residences. I have to say it was by far the best experience both myself and my girlfriend have had when looking for apartments. She really went out of her way to meet our changing and demanding requirements! She was fantastic from start to finish by making everything hassle free and easy. The apartment she found us is wonderful and we’re incredibly happy there. We really appreciated what she did for us.

Our experience working with Kiara was excellent. Kiara was professional and timely in getting back to us with any questions we had. She diligently followed up on every subtle aspect that impacted the transaction and made herself available for timely communication.
