Working with Karma was an absolute god send, and made looking for a new home in a new country a breeze. She understood exactly what we needed, and tailored our search around those requirements. Her local knowledge was exceptional, and without this we wouldn't have found our perfect home. To say she went the extra mile, would be an understatement, l can't thank her enough.

Dawson has been our Hong Kong agent for six years since we moved to HK. He has always been extremely responsive with property options for us as we would reach out frequently to understand what’s happening in the rental market. His friendly personality and outstanding service have been the reason we use him, and we couldn’t recommend him any higher. This is now the third property we've worked on with Dorothy since moving to Hong Kong 5 years ago. Dorothy is excellent. She goes above and beyond to help out her clients. For example, in our last place, she was extremely helpful in coordinating and resolving any issues between us and the landlord over the course of our tenancy. Dorothy is extremely efficient as well, she is always very prompt and clear in her communications, and whenever we need anything, she is always extremely accommodating. Finally, Dorothy is also very nice and pleasant to be around and has a great personality. So all in all, we are extremely happy and grateful for our interactions with Dorothy; she has made house/apartment hunting a relatively stress-free activity for us over the years.
