As a landlord who has a flat in HK but living elsewhere, having met and worked with Helena to rent out my flat is a wonderful blessing. From day one, she has been super responsive and professional. The process of working with her starts with finding the right tenant. Afterward, she worked around the clock to help with contract arrangement, stamp duty, flat inspection, handover, etc. All of them require smooth communication, a heart for details, and work with time differences (my time zone is 8 hours behind that in HK). Helena is always proactive in attitude and extremely thoughtful in all aspects. She is a natural problem solver who is always ready to go the extra mile to help her clients. That is just such a blessing for me who is trying to overcome challenges managing a flat remotely.

I came to Hong Kong with the expectation that finding the right apartment would be a tough slog. This had been the case in other big cities I've lived in. I was massively lucky to be introduced to Dorothy at the outset. She was incredibly organised, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive to my preferences. Dorothy even remained incredibly upbeat and helpful after having to start our search all over again due to my shift in dates. Her insight and guidance made it easier to get a better perspective on what I was looking at. Unlike many agents, Dorothy was fully engaged and made sure my focus was not just on getting a good price or enough space, but practical things like being able to fit the requisite furniture and appliances, and making sure the security and location were good.
