Lala was understood our needs and requirements and she shortlisted apartments well accordingly. She is well organised and detailed from beginning to end. What I really like about her is that she followed on things we asked and responded in a timely manner. Her attitude is always professional and very pleasant to deal with. Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful.
