Dorothy from OKAY.com was the first real estate agent we came across who understood what we wanted, and presented potential properties to us aligned with our requirements. The search functionality on the OKAY.com website made selecting properties more efficient. We were driven to a selection of properties on The weekend until we found the one we wanted. When an apartment had faults she was very open and honest about it. The best thing about working with Dorothy was her assistance after we signed the contract. She continued to help us set up the apartment by contacting workmen on our behalf and translating where required. She was always friendly and helpful. We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.
