I am a recent expat [that] relocated to HK from Spain. I contacted OKAY.com to show properties around Happy Valley. My time was also limited as I needed to find a property in a very short period of time. Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.

She quickly undesrstood the kind of home we were looking for and helped us find a dream apartment with a convenient location and awesome view!
