We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature. We liked the fact that she was not pushy and listened to our needs when searching for an apartment unlike most agents who tended to waste our time by showing us flats that didn't come close to meeting our requirements. Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups.
