A friend recommended Jayde as we desperately needed a new apartment to cater to our growing family, and were unable to find anything suitable on-line. After briefing Jayde on our specific criteria, she was quick to show us places that – to our pleasant surprise - matched what we were looking for. We con-currently put in offers on the second and third places Jayde showed us, and were impressed with he professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the fact that Jayde rigorously negotiated both apartments, even though the agency structure for one of the apartments meant her fee would be considerably reduced. She still put our best interests first. The settlement process and apartment move were also smooth as Jayde ensured all aspects were thought of and addressed. Cherie was extremely attentive in detail and gave us so much comfort in finding the unit which we were looking for. She also put so much effort in dealing with the owner during and after negotiations and we were very impressed with her ability to handle challenges.

Andrea is professional, patient, practical and understood our needs in terms of apartment size, layout and location. She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out. After sales service was fantastic as well. Super helpful.
