I was referred to Louise by a mutual friend and she successfully procured a suitable apartment within a week of being engaged – I think I actually moved in within two weeks of seeing her for the first time. Louise was responsive and l very much appreciated that she did not show me anything that was either out of budget or had the wrong specifications. The online system for viewing apartments was particularly professional. Louise was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her (or use her again).

Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful. Jane had good knowledge of negotiating and how different landlords are open to different types of offers. This was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Jane.
