I much appreciated [Ruby’s] work on the two real estate consultant jobs [she] handled for me. The first one was for the purchase of my flat and the second job two years later for the renting of these premises. I found [Ruby] to be a very professional person, working very quickly and efficiently and providing me with offers which were on the spot of what I was looking for. We had only 2 days to find our new house in Hong Kong. Andrea quickly understood what we were looking for. She selected only houses which matched with our criteria. Andrea is super professional, everything was prepared, no waste of time and we did it! We found the perfect match thanks to Andrea. Cherry on the cake, when we moved in, we found a bottle of champagne with a lovely message from Andrea. « Home is not a place, it’s a feeling » and it’s true!

Lala is very professional and organised. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what we wanted from our new home. She helped set up our utilities and managed all the paperwork ensuring we understood the information in the documents. Lala is patient and kind. I would highly recommend Lala to anyone.
