I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Dorothy is the perfect service agent, always willing to accommodate our wishes and ideas. Nothing seems too much for her. And the best, she is totally patient and not interested in a quick fix. Perfectly customer oriented.

Kim has been a massive help to our family -not only helping us to find a house and complete the necessary paperwork but also helping us to settle into life in HK.
