Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. Tammy went above and beyond in helping us find and settle into our new home! Having an electronic lock was one of our top/mandatory requirement but it wasn’t easy to find a suitable lock due the unusual shape of the door. Tammy reached out to a lot of contractors and lock companies and managed to find us a suitable one in the end. This is only one of many examples of her great service and there’s not doubt that she’s the best agent that I’ve worked with so far.

Shirley has re-defined the HK estate agent experience for us. She is knowledgeable, driven and easy to work with. She has helped us find an amazing flat and has assisted with all aspects of moving house. Even scheduling the gas man, switching our electric and water and hooking us up with the quickest internet installation we have ever seen. She is always responsive and eager to help any way she can. It has been a pleasure having her as our agent and will contact her next time we move.
