Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look!
