Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. Nina showed us several potential places upon our first exploratory trip to Discovery Bay, quickly learning what we, as newbies to Hong Kong, found important in a potential apartment. In the 6-month period between our visit and effective move, Nina informed us on all available premises that met our standards - with each proposition being a real potential hit. As we have two young children we were unable to fly back out to HK to sign the rental contract but Nina helped us through all the formalities while we were on the other side of the world - including a real-time video tour for our final selection. When arriving in Discovery Bay, we had more assistance than one could imagine, the water, gas and electricity were arranged, and Nina was awaiting us with her super golf cart to help us get our luggage to the apartment. Even today, 4 months later, Nina is still there for us in case there are any issues. She has been a real force that takes the headache out of moving.

Shirley was enthusiastic and passionate, armed with a ready smile, she even came out to tour with us a multitude of homes in a span of two Sundays from Aberdeen all the way to Happy Valley and Repulse Bay. She was dedicated to helping us find our dream home, and we are truly appreciative of it. Shirley was helpful and always communicated cheerfully, which made us never lose hope in finding our home-to-be. She also had kind patience to answer our barrage of questions. Shirley made the entire experience of finding our home an easy and essentially happy endeavor.
