Dorothy was a great help to us in all areas of our search for a new property. We had quite a specific place in mind, with an average budget and she managed to bring us two several very high quality properties to choose from. We were so happy with one that we moved quite quickly to secure it. Dorothy was again extremely helpful in arranging all the contracts and utilities in a timely manner, and took all of the stress out of the Process. I was very happy with her service from start to finish - and she has even followed up on multiple occasions since we have moved to check if she could help in any way. Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general.
