I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity. They really do care about their clients and earnestly so. I unhesitatingly recommend them. Indeed, you’d be doing yourself a serious disservice using anybody else.

Jayde is a gem. She was extremely knowledgeable, very straightforward and honest and has helped us with advice on much more than the apartment. Any questions that we had were always answered in a very knowledgeable way, but also always with a smile and within a few minutes. Jayde has been recommended to us with the best recommendations, but working with her has far exceeded what we could have expected. Thanks to her we have not only found a really nice apartment, but Jayden has significantly contributed to the fact that HK has become a new home for us in a very short time.

Shere was highly professional and extremely helpful at every step of the application and rental process, and went out of her way to fit in with my schedule. Could I also add that my experience with other OKAY.com agents has also been extremely positive.
