Soi assisted me in the purchase of a village house in Clearwater Bay. From the very beginning she was helpful and knowledgeable. She was extremely attentive, taking calls in the evening and on weekends, and was also very willing to present our thoughts and concerns to the Vendor in a professional way that moved the whole process forward and made us feel at ease. Soi was also a pleasure to work with throughout. I would not doubt to recommend her services.

Ms. Shirley Li is my agent who helped me with searching of an new apartment, she is persistent and honest, followed up my request and did her best for both sides. From the beginning Shirley gave a comfortable and honest feeling, the results were good, and she is following up all the necessary details that connected with the deal and more. We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
