Dorothy is the perfect service agent, always willing to accommodate our wishes and ideas. Nothing seems too much for her. And the best, she is totally patient and not interested in a quick fix. Perfectly customer oriented.

She was very practical, down to earth and knowledgeable about the area. She advised us on the right things to do and not to do. Super helpful and wonderful to work with. We didn’t feel like she was transactional like other agents we dealt with.

Tommy was extremely helpful and attendant to what we wanted. After contacting us, he quickly put together a collection of flats for us to look at and it really felt that he had listened to us instead of just showing what flats he had available. During all the actual showings, Tommy was delightful and answered all of our questions. He was prompt in preparing all of the utilities, etc afterward when we had selected an apartment.
