FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. I am certain I have missed a few compliments here. I will most definitely return to OKAY for my next flat search, and will request and insist that Gertrude be my guide.

Shirley has done an amazing job, selling my apartment in these very difficult times and achieving a price that I was very happy with. She has proven herself as an effective negotiator. Lot of time saving from us but also for Anil - so very wise way from him to work this way. All schedules were honored and as already mentioned all apartments were suitable for us - and we did find our new home with the help from Anil. In addition Anil is a very nice guy to work with, so the whole process was quite a pleasure. Totally recommended!
