Gertrude was very helpful in finding an apartment that met our criteria. She was also a great resource to help us with adjusting to life in Hong Kong as we just moved from New York. She was very prompt with her communication and made it an easy experience overall.

He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with.
