I came to Hong Kong with the expectation that finding the right apartment would be a tough slog. This had been the case in other big cities I've lived in. I was massively lucky to be introduced to Dorothy at the outset. She was incredibly organised, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive to my preferences. Dorothy even remained incredibly upbeat and helpful after having to start our search all over again due to my shift in dates. Her insight and guidance made it easier to get a better perspective on what I was looking at. Unlike many agents, Dorothy was fully engaged and made sure my focus was not just on getting a good price or enough space, but practical things like being able to fit the requisite furniture and appliances, and making sure the security and location were good. I have and will in the future advise anybody I know looking for a place in HK to contact Dorothy.

Kim Bongiorno
Kim has been a massive help to our family -not only helping us to find a house and complete the necessary paperwork but also helping us to settle into life in HK.
We can’t thank her enough for her expertise in helping to guide us through an unfamiliar rental process as well as providing contacts such as a curtain provider, a handy man and even a babysitter. We would thoroughly recommend anyone moving to the Sai Kung/Clearwater Bay Area to reach out to Kim for help and advice.

Louise Garnaut
My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...
