She quickly understood our unique requirements, displayed good knowledge of the local market, was able to advise on neighbourhoods and narrow our search down to the properties that closely matched our criteria. We found that Sonam was not only responsive to our inquiries but proactive in her search and negotiations, and always very pleasant to deal with. Even though our requirements were somewhat challenging, Sonam displayed great patience and understanding and never tried to rush us into other properties that had compromises, unlike many other agents in Hong Kong. She was always accommodating regarding the scheduling of viewings and made herself available on short notice when necessary.
