Shirley is hands-down the best agent we have ever worked with, and I don’t say that lightly. She has exceptional dedication to her craft, and works long hours to ensure her client’s questions are answered – she truly goes above and beyond. Without hesitation, Shirley has always made us feel like a top priority. She is incredibly responsive to all matters ranging from house-hunting to helping us communicate with the Landlord on various issues post-move in. It was a pleasure dealing with Janis in selling my apartment recently. At all times I found her very professional and obliging. One particular aspect that I liked was her proficiency in English which is a major criteria for me in choosing a property agent as it makes things easier with negotiations etc. I would very much like to be able to work with her again in the future.
