We recently moved house within Clearwater Bay and approached Kim to help source an appropriate property for our large family. From the outset Kim was friendly, easy to approach and instantly available when we texted or called with queries. She was prompt in finding suitable properties for us to view and we had the impression she was being very honest with us, an unusual trait with many other real estate agents. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork. My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

She was professional and it was very candid and was not too salesy like most estate agents. Most agents would give up after showing 4 or five options. She worked hard to continue to find best options for us and ultimately we found a place we like. She was patient and I would highly recommend her to anyone else looking.
