There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Kerstin is knowledgeable, responsive, and knows how to zoom-in on what we are looking for. She tackles her job with a warm and friendly personality. Would highly recommend her to anyone hunting for their home in Hong Kong.

In short. It was really easy to work with Flo and OKAY.com. She selected apartments that met my criteria, always provided information, always kept me updated of progress and always provided assistance when asked for. Thank you Flo for all your help.
