Maybe it is our fortune to meet LaLa and she helped us a lot to purchase our dream house finally after several difficulties. She is different from the other property agents, she is helpful, friendly, kind and responsive. We appreciate her professional attitude and treat her as our friend. Lala was understood our needs and requirements and she shortlisted apartments well accordingly. She is well organised and detailed from beginning to end. Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything.
