My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked. Anil was absolutely fantastic. I have previously had many agents who haven’t listened to what I’m looking for. With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be. He really pulled it out the bag. We got a flat that met all our needs, with no compromising! We are very grateful for the time effort he put into finding what was right for us. As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!
