I have been looking for an apartment for a while. Having recently moved to Hong Kong, it was important to find a place that worked well. Jayde was pretty quick to put options in front of me, within a month I was moved into my new apartment in CWB and she managed to negotiate significantly on the price.

Anil is by far the most meticulous, thorough and professional agent I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many in my lifetime. Furthermore, I found Anil to be very easy going, knowledgeable and diligent. He has earned my trust in a very short period of time. All in all, Anil is a true professional agent of the qualities rarely found in this region. I had a great pleasure in meeting him and dealing with him recently. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it.
