Andrea was very professional and took time to listen to what I liked about the flats she had shown me. Then using my preferences, showed me apartments that were more interesting to me. When it came time to sign the lease, she was very helpful and thorough. I am very happy in my new flat and have her to thank for that.

Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything. Shirley helped me ultimately rent the dream apartment. I was very impressed by her tenacity and her grit to get things done. She was also very efficient and effective in sorting out all the small details of renting including gas, water, electricity as well as sorting out insurance.
