Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong. I had a great experience working with Dorothy to find an ideal flat. Early on, I explained that I wanted the process to be an efficient one and Dorothy proved to be very diligent. She sent me lists of homes based on my criteria and we saved time by narrowing down property viewings to what were necessary. I also tasked her to look into listings I noticed elsewhere and she always came back with results. That was how we found my new flat. Again, Dorothy was quick to engage the landlord and brokered an agreement in a seamless manner. Her can-do attitude and straightforward approach made flat-hunting a breeze!
