Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.

Dorothy was a real pro from the outset and we could not have been more pleased with her skills as an agent. She found us a great apartment and we were certainly not the easiest clients to deal with. We had a lot of expectations that were soon crushed after looking at over 20 apartments with other agents who did not listen to our needs and showed us places that were of no interest or out of our price range. She was also great with the negotiations and with following up on utilities, keys, etc. once the deal was done. She made navigating the Hong Kong rental market somewhat of a breeze and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.
