She ensured the process ran smoothly from our initial requests to securing our new home, helping us seamlessly complete all the formalities along the way, remaining accessible and helpful with every aspect of moving into our new home.

Gertie was extremely patient with me. She has been working with me trying to find a suitable place for 6+ months. Despite my challenging criteria, she found always new options for me and was flexible with meeting times due to my changing work schedule. Alan fully grasped our requirements and was able to find a great selection suitable properties. He was then very patient with us whilst we got to offer stage and then ultimately to key handover!
