Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements. Sonam is a true professional who actually cares about her clients. It is not just a job for her, she takes a personal interest, as if the property is her own and ensures that the client gets what they want. For example, I had a property that was being rented out to someone who was not a good tenant. Sonam kept in constant touch with me and patiently waited until the old tenancy agreement ended and immediately found me a new tenant.
