I am writing to you about my outstanding experience with Joanne Cheung.
Joanne has been a Godsend! I needed to relocate to Hong Kong for work. Thanks to her guidance, patience, tenacity, and consummate professionalism, I was able to secure the MOST beautiful apartment in all off Hong Kong!! She took care of vital communications to the landlord to ensure I would succeed. She took videos, answered dozens of my questions. She was available morning, noon, and night. She went so above and beyond. Her work effort is unparalleled.
You have an incredible colleague in Joanne Cheung. I work with hundreds of professionals globally. She deserves to hold a very high position at the agency. She should train others and take very high commissions. She is truly special.
I am exceedingly grateful for her time and effort. I will recommend her and Okay.com to ANYONE who is looking for property in Hong Kong.

Andrea Adams Ott
Andrea is a responsive and professional real estate agent whom I would unreservedly recommend to others or use again myself. She was very knowledgeable about the properties, and could easily answer questions about the properties and the local amenities such as supermarkets and transportation. Please extend my sincere thanks to Andrea for her support in my apartment hunting.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon.
We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes.
Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards.
If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.
