Alan fully grasped our requirements and was able to find a great selection suitable properties. He was then very patient with us whilst we got to offer stage and then ultimately to key handover! Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.

Kim was very responsive and showed me just I was looking for. She arranged additional viewings easily when requested and followed up on queries I had. Her local knowledge was also very useful as she made some helpful suggestions for my future use once we move in.
