This is the second time Suk-Yin assisted us in finding a home. Suk-Yin is a dependable and knowledgeable real estate agent, and is always well prepared. She sent me lists of homes based on my criteria and we saved time by narrowing down property viewings to what were necessary. I also tasked her to look into listings I noticed elsewhere and she always came back with results. That was how we found my new flat. Again, Dorothy was quick to engage the landlord and brokered an agreement in a seamless manner. Her can-do attitude and straightforward approach made flat-hunting a breeze!
