I’d like to take a moment and provide feedback on our experience moving flats over the last couple of weeks. We very much appreciate his assistance and patience throughout this time, and found the experience very easy. He was extremely professional, punctual and handled the business with great expertise. Moving from Australia to Hong Kong with our dog, we had several non-negotiable criteria for an apartment and required a secured lease before we arrived. Several other agents were not able to assist, however Dorothy was by far the most helpful and diligent agent we encountered. Dorothy found an apartment that met all of our criteria and promptly arranged the lease and utility connections. I cannot recommend her services highly enough.

Tommy is very responsive and acts quickly to resolve queries/issues. We liked his friendly but professional approach. Would definitely recommend Tommy to our friends/family.
