Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements. In the end, we ended up with an amazing apartment that we are so grateful to have found. Flo is an amazing agent and we've already started recommending her to friends.

Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past. Once again I was impressed by the quality of tenants, speed and professionalism of Jayde’s service, with another agreement signed within a day of viewing. Gertie was extremely patient with me. She has been working with me trying to find a suitable place for 6+ months. Despite my challenging criteria, she found always new options for me and was flexible with meeting times due to my changing work schedule.
