I am very pleased with the agency services from Helena. Helena is professional, efficient and detail-minded; she can also clearly communicated between the landlord and tenant which speed up the negotiations. My wife and I had been searching for 4 months for a property using a variety of agents. We wish we had found Jayde earlier as she understood immediately what was important to us. We really appreciated Jayde's upbeat personality, and every effort to find a solution to even the smallest of problems.
