My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked. Dorothy was a real pro from the outset and we could not have been more pleased with her skills as an agent. She found us a great apartment and we were certainly not the easiest clients to deal with. We had a lot of expectations that were soon crushed after looking at over 20 apartments with other agents who did not listen to our needs and showed us places that were of no interest or out of our price range. Dorothy is a very intuitive agent, as well as a very warm and charming person, and she knew right away which places to show us. She was also great with the negotiations and with following up on utilities, keys, etc. once the deal was done. She made navigating the Hong Kong rental market somewhat of a breeze and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.
