Dorothy from OKAY.com was the first real estate agent we came across who understood what we wanted, and presented potential properties to us aligned with our requirements. The search functionality on the OKAY.com website made selecting properties more efficient. We were driven to a selection of properties on The weekend until we found the one we wanted. When an apartment had faults she was very open and honest about it. The best thing about working with Dorothy was her assistance after we signed the contract. She continued to help us set up the apartment by contacting workmen on our behalf and translating where required. She was always friendly and helpful. Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong. We were so impressed with Kim’s service that we have already recommended her to another colleague who is relocating to Hong Kong.

This is now the third property we've worked on with Dorothy since moving to Hong Kong 5 years ago. Dorothy is excellent. She goes above and beyond to help out her clients. For example, in our last place, she was extremely helpful in coordinating and resolving any issues between us and the landlord over the course of our tenancy. Dorothy is extremely efficient as well, she is always very prompt and clear in her communications, and whenever we need anything, she is always extremely accommodating. Finally, Dorothy is also very nice and pleasant to be around and has a great personality. So all in all, we are extremely happy and grateful for our interactions with Dorothy; she has made house/apartment hunting a relatively stress-free activity for us over the years.
