Ms. Shirley Li is my agent who helped me with searching of an new apartment, she is persistent and honest, followed up my request and did her best for both sides. From the beginning Shirley gave a comfortable and honest feeling, the results were good, and she is following up all the necessary details that connected with the deal and more. It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations.
