We would like to compliment one of your employees Mr. Calvin Shek, for the excellent service he has provided us last week. Mr. Shek made the process simple and easy for renting our property, and we appreciated his expertise, patience, politeness, efficiency, and professionalism. I was first contacted by Dorothy in 2019 when we had originally intended to relocate to Hong Kong from Sweden. Due to the challenging environment in 2020 our relocation was postponed to 2021. Every since first contact, Dorothy has been checking in on a regular basis to see how she could assist in our search for an apartment. What we really appreciate with Dorothy is that she is very personable and she really listened to our needs. In addition she was very organised and explained every step in a very diligent and transparent manner. If and when we move again, we will definitely use Dorothy for her services again.

Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements.
