凱旋門是香港西九龍區內其中一個著名的豪華私人住宅，由新鴻基地產和港鐵公司合作開發，於2006年1月落成入伙。凱旋門因參考巴黎凱旋門的外形概念而以此命名，由4幢住宅大樓所組成，為區內提供1054個豪華住宅單位。屋苑位於港鐵九龍站上蓋，部分單位能夠觀賞維多利亞港海景，而且自設名為Sky Club的住客會所，設施包括游泳池、健身室等，為住戶帶來豪華級的享受。

Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Louise Garnaut and praise for her professionalism. I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!
