Moving from Australia to Hong Kong with our dog, we had several non-negotiable criteria for an apartment and required a secured lease before we arrived. She has helped us find an amazing flat and has assisted with all aspects of moving house. Even scheduling the gas man, switching our electric and water and hooking us up with the quickest internet installation we have ever seen. She is always responsive and eager to help any way she can. It has been a pleasure having her as our agent and will contact her next time we move.
