Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

I am fortunate to have met Mrs. Ingrid Lau, who made my apartment search comfortable and seamless. As a newcomer, I was overwhelmed and worried about how the transition took place.
