With so many ways to find an apartment in Hong Kong it's hard to know where to go and who to trust. From the very beginning I felt that Flo was on my side. She didn't push me until she knew I was ready and only showed me apartments that would actually be suitable. This saved a whole lot of time and stress. The appointments were well organized and after deciding to make an offer, Flo made an agreement with the landlord within an hour. After that everything was so smooth, she set up all the utilities and made sure everything in the apartment was working properly. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Stephanie helped us to find the perfect family home! All five houses which we viewed fitted our wishes really well, but the last one was just perfect. Stephanie told us a lot about the Clearwater Bay area and she made us fall in love with it. Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?
