After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. Every listing she put forward for my consideration was in line with my needs and appealing. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to friends whether they are new to the Hong Kong real estate market or veterans.

I met with many agents but Shirley was by far the most attentive and helpful one. She understood my requirements right away and started showing me all my options which led me to get a better understanding of the market situation. She worked very hard to negotiate with the landlord on what I wanted. Unlike many others who always seem to be on the landlord side, she worked hard to satisfy all. I felt that she is a hard working, intelligent person who is also very sincere in her willingness to help. She was very practical, down to earth and knowledgeable about the area. She advised us on the right things to do and not to do. Super helpful and wonderful to work with. We didn’t feel like she was transactional like other agents we dealt with.
