Dorothy from OKAY.com was the first real estate agent we came across who understood what we wanted, and presented potential properties to us aligned with our requirements. The search functionality on the OKAY.com website made selecting properties more efficient. We were driven to a selection of properties on The weekend until we found the one we wanted. When an apartment had faults she was very open and honest about it. The best thing about working with Dorothy was her assistance after we signed the contract. She continued to help us set up the apartment by contacting workmen on our behalf and translating where required. She was always friendly and helpful. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
